Online reservations are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email.
Low Season:
All reservations which are cancelled or modified less than 48 hours before the arrival date, will incur a cost of the 50% of the stay.
Medium and High Season:
At the moment of the reservation we will charge the 100% of the first night (deposit non refundable). 7 days before the arrival date, the 50% of the stay will be charged, deducting the deposit (amount non refundable in case of cancellation or modification).
Low Season: 01/01 to 30/04- except from 05/04 to 08/04- and from 15/10 to 31/12.
Medium Season: 05/04 to 08/04, 01/05 to 30/06 and from 15/09 to 14/10.
High Season: 01/07 to 14/09.
